With future demand remaining strong in Wellington with planned investment needed across 3Waters, Transportation/Rail/Civil and Land Development, a need now exists for a well networked SPM in the horizontal construction sectors to join them.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy and/or civil contractor background with proven experience on horizontal infrastructure projects including land development, rail and roading, water, civil spaces covering such areas as design management, project management, project planning, procurement and contract administration and construction management.
We are looking for applicants with 15 - 20 years of experience with a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering.

- Cost control and quality management
- Risk management
- Leading meetings
- Design and pre-implementation management
- Financial management
- Team building and team management
