Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery for industrial, civil, and commercial builds
- Oversee project planning, programming, scheduling, and risk management
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary project interface
- Drive team performance and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance alongside the QS team
- Ensure all reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time
Your Background:
- 10+ years’ experience delivering $5M–$20M industrial, civil, or infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills
- Deep understanding of NZ construction standards
- Skilled in contract management (NZS3910)
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in high‑pressure environments
- Tertiary qualification in engineering is preferred
