With a healthy pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead industrial and infrastructure projects across Auckland. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of project delivery—from early client engagement and planning through to execution and handover.
This position suits someone who thrives in complex environments, communicates with authority, and brings teams together to deliver high‑quality projects on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery for industrial, civil, and infrastructure builds
- Oversee project planning, programming, scheduling, and risk management
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary project interface
- Drive team performance and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance alongside the QS team
- Ensure all reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain high standards of quality and environmental compliance
- 10+ years’ experience delivering $5M–$20M industrial, civil, or infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills
- Deep understanding of NZ construction standards
- Skilled in contract management (NZS3910)
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in high‑pressure environments
- Tertiary qualification in engineering preferred
Salary: $160K - $180K + Vehicle + Benefits
