This is a leading project management consultancy with a strong work pipeline. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure and preconstruction delivery. This is an opportunity to work alongside clients, consultants and delivery partners to drive successful project outcomes from concept through to execution.
You’ll play a critical role in establishing project strategies, leading business cases, managing design and consenting activities, and providing project leadership through the early phases of infrastructure projects

About the Role
Working across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure, transport, water; you will:
- Lead projects through feasibility, business case and preconstruction phases
- Manage project planning, governance and stakeholder engagement activities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and specialist advisors
- Drive design development, procurement and consenting processes
- Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets and risk registers
- Provide strategic advice to clients and project sponsors
- Support procurement strategies and contractor engagement processes
- Ensure projects are positioned for successful delivery and construction execution
You are a proactive project professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys solving problems before they become issues.
You will bring:
- 5+ years' experience for Project Manager level, or 10+ years' experience for Senior Project Manager level
- Demonstrated experience in infrastructure, civil, transport, water, energy
- Strong preconstruction experience including planning, design management, business cases or procurement
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in a client-side, consultancy or project advisory environment
- Strong commercial acumen and risk management capability
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
- Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, APM, PMI or equivalent) will be highly regarded
