Senior Project Manager/Project Director

This is a project management advisory consultancy that as well delivers the build contract. They are a leader in end-to-end top end interiors and larger new build commercial construction.  Known for their strong relationships and early engagement of experts, they deliver smarter projects with less rework and greater efficiency.

With a growing national pipeline—especially in the healthcare sector—they’re seeking a SPM/PD who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings both technical depth and strategic thinking.

About the Role 

This is a hands-on delivery focussed SPM/PD role where you will manage a major contract of work. This will involve extensive client management, design management, oversee site teams, and cost management. You’ll manage from inception to handover, with full visibility across programme, budget, and quality.

What You’ll Bring

•    10+ years’ experience in new build commercial construction ($50M+)
•    Background preferred in both main contractor and consultancy/client-side environments
•    Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Engineering
•    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to present practical solutions
•    Quick thinking, collaborative mindset, and a genuine “can-do” attitude
