Due to being successful in winning a major piece of healthcare infrastructure new build and upgrade work, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Director with ideal experience in healthcare projects
As a senior leader within the consultancy, you will take ownership of major project streams, guide multidisciplinary teams, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project teams and taking on the role of project responsibility.
- Contributing to the leadership and development of the team.
- Client Management of projects, relationship management
- Accountability for projects performance
Your Background
- Minimum 15 years’ New Zealand‑based experience in consultancy project management
- Proven capability delivering projects within healthcare or similarly complex sectors (e.g., civic, education, specialist infrastructure)
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, or Engineering
- Demonstrated leadership capability, strong commercial acumen, and a tenacious, solutions‑focused approach
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate issues clearly and build a strong professional presence within the industry
Salary $180K - $230K + Benefits + Outstanding career promotional opportunities.
