Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Business Partner to join their People Capability Group.
You will effectively partner with the business at all levels and will provide a strategic lens to ensure that their recruitment function matches business needs and priorities.
You will report into the HR Director and will provide recruitment updates to the Executive team on a regular basis.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven senior recruitment experience
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience presenting information to stakeholders
