Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Advisor with exceptional IT recruitment skills.   Work for a large, global company with great benefits, located in Auckland CBD.

The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, stakeholder management, sourcing and headhunting talent and building a talent pipeline.

Day to day you could expect to work on:

• Sourcing talent
• Relationship management
• Screening and assessing candidates
• Recruitment advisory to hiring managers
• Job offers
• Reporting

About you:

• IT recruitment experience
• In depth understanding of sourcing strategies
• Senior level In-house or agency recruitment experience
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
• Strong relationship, influencing and negotiation skills
