Our client is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst for a 6 month contract!
This role will include:
- SLA management
- Ticket management
- Jira baseline tasks
- Reduce level 2 and 3 engineer tasks by an agreed amount of hours
- Help lift the team’s skills/service/processes to support the team to be successful
- 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role.
As well as the above, what is really important to our client is someone who is team-oriented, collaborative, a self-starter with a real customer focus. You will also be an excellent communicator both written and verbal, with an understanding and being well versed in the ITIL process - process improvement.
