Senior Service Desk Engineer

Due to growth – we are looking for a Senior level Service Desk professional to champion and lead with customer service and technical expertise.
About You:
In order to hit the ground running you will bring:
- Strong communication skills
- A passion for Information Technology – you enjoy providing great technical support and generally solving technical issues.
- Experience using help desk ticketing software
- Experience with incident troubleshooting and escalation
- Understand emerging technology and end-user needs
- 3+ years in IT Service Desk, Desktop Support or similar experience.
- Hands on Experience with the following technologies
- IT related professional qualification, or evidence of successful completion of post-secondary IT training courses.
- Supporting users on Windows 10 and Office 365 environments.
- SCCM Software packaging and software deployments.
- Group policy customisation and creation.
- PowerShell Scripting
Preferred:
- Customer Services experience would be of benefit
- Experience providing IT support services to end users.
- Experience in gathering customer requirements.
- Experience in inventory management.
- Experience with problem management.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant tertiary qualification.
- ITIL foundation certification.
