Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join the team and take a lead role on one of their $20M commercial projects.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day site management of the project, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating all site activities
- Managing health and safety compliance across the project
- Supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Maintaining project programmes and productivity targets
- Ensuring quality expectations and contractual requirements are achieved
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the wider project team
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- A recognised carpentry trade qualification
- 8+ years' site management experience on commercial construction projects
- Experience with Procore, Aconex and MS Project
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to effectively manage subcontractors and stakeholder relationships
- A proven track record of commitment and performance in previous roles
- Confidence in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Salary package of $145,000 - $160,000
