- Manage and troubleshoot on-premises and Azure SQL databases and integration environments.
- Ensure stability, safety, security, and performance across database and integration platforms.
- Perform database account management and monitoring.
- Monitor and optimise system resources.
- Provide incident response (break-fix support).
- Maintain security compliance and monitoring.
- Deliver software maintenance, patching, and updates.
- Collaborate with internal ICT project teams to support delivery initiatives.
