This role is accountable for providing an efficient and effective Talent Acquisition process by partnering with People & Performance Leaders and HiringLeaders across various Business Units.

The primary function of this role is to partner with Hiring Leaders to understand the business; the role requirements and culture to produce high quality hires,whilst utilising the most innovative, cost effective and quality techniques. Working collaboratively with Business Leaders and
People and Performance  Leaders to understand talent strengths, identifying competency gap and assess future requirements to support and future proof against requirements.

Maximising candidate and hiring leader experiences by providing expert advice,guidance and best practice solutions. Be part of internal mobility projects to ensure succession planning processes are followed and communicated.

Support the Business Units’ strategic objectives by acquiring talent for highly technical or complex or high level roles.
