Our client has a new permanent opportunity for two Senior Technical Services Engineer with a strong service delivery background. This role will require you to maintain service excellence through constant communication with customers and providing assistance to the wider team.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience working in an operational outsourcing environment.
  • Experience using a range of Service Desk tools to provide IT support.
  • ITIL Service Delivery skills.
  • Understanding of Service Management processes.
  • Troubleshooting experience in technical environments.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with an affinity to customers, sales, and delivery functions.
