About the Role:

Seeking an experienced Service and Support Coordinator skilled in incident and service request management. You will work within a hybrid environment and engage in microsoft technologies, security and cloud services. We are looking for someone who can seize the opportunity to grow , take on new challenges or take own initiatives (aligning with the business).

Skills Required:

  • Level 1 and Level 2 Desktop Support
  • ICT leadership experience in Services and Support
  • Issue and ticket resolution
  • Record maintenance
  • System Documentation
  • Active Directory, Office 365, Azure
  • Fortigate Firewalls
  • Windows 10/ Android/ Mac
