We are seeking an experienced Service Centre Analyst for a contract of 6 months with an ASAP start, based in Wellington CBD.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- At least couple of years commercial experience in a helpdesk or desktop support environment
- Experience writing user procedure documentation
- Ability to review processes and suggest efficiency gains
- Ability to conduct research into technical issues and products as required
- High level of proficiency in managing service support
