Beyond Recruitment are currently working on a Service Delivery Analyst role with this local Government organisation in Wellington.
In this role you will play an important role in supporting ICT Service Delivery. You will manage operational and production service delivery, engage various internal and external relationships, as well as the oversight of services provided by suppliers.
Your experience will include;
- Contract negotiation and management
- Change management
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Proven relationship management, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Working at all levels within an organisation
