We’re assisting an Auckland based company with the recruitment of a Service Designer to review and refresh their digital experience roadmap.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan and facilitate journey mapping and service blueprint workshops
  • Creation of supporting artefacts
  • Extract and document meaningful insights from research
  • Help define principles, goals and objectives
  • Support Digital Experience lead in developing a prioritised digital experience roadmap

To be successful you will need:

  • Strong experience delivering Service Design
  • Strong digital design/product development background
  • Proven ability to balance the needs of the user with the objectives of the business
  • Contributes to the development of organisational methods and standards for user research
  • Experience of devising strategy, blueprints and journey maps
  • Providing oversight, quality assurance and stakeholder management
  • Public sector or large corporate background would be ideal
  • Evidence of a passion for design – e.g. arranging meet-ups, design blogs etc.
