  • Temp Role $28 per hour
  • Immediate start and runs 6 months

The Service Desk Analyst is a customer service super star, who plays an important and supportive administrative role in the team!
As a Service Desk Analyst, it’s your job to support this public organization nationwide. You will be part of a medium size team that will provide support, guidance, and advice relating to the IT and Communications Systems to staff. Other Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Ensuring an effective front-line operation for customer contact 
  • Recognizing the different needs of each client
  • Assist management
  • User access support
  • Assist with email and internet services issues
You will bring to this role:
  • Experience in customer service in service desk or call center and able to demonstrate good communication
  • Attention to details when inputting data
  • An awareness of a range of IT related technologies and their practical applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ideally, experience with using a call tracking system, preferably vFire and Knowledgebase/Robohelp
