As a Service Desk Analyst, it’s your job to support this public organization nationwide. You will be part of a medium size team that will provide support, guidance, and advice relating to the IT and Communications Systems to staff. Other Key Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring an effective front-line operation for customer contact
- Recognizing the different needs of each client
- Assist management
- User access support
- Assist with email and internet services issues
- Experience in customer service in service desk or call center and able to demonstrate good communication
- Attention to details when inputting data
- An awareness of a range of IT related technologies and their practical applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ideally, experience with using a call tracking system, preferably vFire and Knowledgebase/Robohelp
Team environment, central location, and great for someone who enjoys IT/computers. This role has an immediate start and runs for 6 months.
