We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst who will help support our client’s organisation with Level 1 & 2 service desk support and also the building and configuration of Desktops/Laptops/Surface Pros. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and be responsible for requests, incident, and technical support to the wider organisation.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Strong customer service experience and communication skills
  • Strong time management, organisation, and prioritization skills
  • Proven experience with Level 1 and 2 Service Desk support
  • Setting up new users and building Laptops & Surface Pros from a scripted build process
  • Previous experience and good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive etc)
