We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk or Service Desk professional. You will have previous experience in a similar role with proven customer service and professionalism.
You will work as part of a busy team supporting national internal and external clients, so you will be able to problem solve their technical issues and log information on Service Now.
To be considered you must have:
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- ITIL knowledge
- Active Directory experience
- Service Now experience is a plus
