What you’ll need to succeed:
- Strong customer service experience and communication skills.
- Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
- Proven experience with Level 1 and 2 Service Desk support.
- Setting up new users and building Laptops/Desktops/Surface Pros from a scripted build process.
- Previous experience and good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive etc).
