About the Role:

Seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst, to work in a customer facing role and become the first line of contact for a range of issues. You will have excellent communication skills, coupled with technical and professional capabilities as outlined below:

Skills Required:

  • Previous service desk experience
  • Exchange and MS Active Directory experience for Users, Groups and Policies
  • Troubleshooting experience for Hardware, Software, Network etc
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills
