About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst, to work in a customer facing role and become the first line of contact for a range of issues. You will have excellent communication skills, coupled with technical and professional capabilities as outlined below:
- Previous service desk experience
- Exchange and MS Active Directory experience for Users, Groups and Policies
- Troubleshooting experience for Hardware, Software, Network etc
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills
