About the role:

Our client is looking for a technical support expert to join as a Service Desk Analyst as part of their Service Desk Team. This is a 12-month fixed term role based in Rotorua.

About you:

  • Minimum 3 years of Service Desk or Help Desk customer service experience
  • Provide first and second level support responses for installation, maintenance, resolving technical problems relating to end user devices, software applications, desktop, hardware, printers, network and telecommunications
  • Experience with and demonstrable knowledge of support, configuration of Windows, Android and iOS mobile devices
  • ITIL framework experience
  • Experience with SCCM principles
  • Ability to work on an on-call and roster-based shifts
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Financial Services industry experience preferred but not essential
