Work in the Bay of Plenty as either a Service Desk Analyst or Field Services Engineer as part of established IT teams. We are looking for team players to roll up their sleeves and work for one of Tauranga’s best.

About the Service Desk Analyst role:

  • Service Desk Analyst level 1-2 technical support
  • Providing support to internal stakeholders
  • Excellent communication is required
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Active Directory SCCM experience desired
  • ITIL and Office 365 knowledge
  • 2 years + experience

About the Field Services Engineer role:

  • Configuring network profiles and applications
  • Deployment project
  • Provide IT support as project evolves
  • Work under a project lead
  • Give feedback & information to project lead
