I am seeking a Service Desk Manager for a 6 month contract with a large government client. This role will manage the Service Desk and the workload of up to 10 Service Desk Analysts as the organisation goes through significant business and process change.
To be successful for this role you will require the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrable experience in managing teams of SDAs
- Change Management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- The role will include new reporting requirements, so you will require excellent written and verbal communication skills.
