We are looking for experienced People Leader who will care and nurture the existing team, a leader who will actively seek opportunities to improve what is being delivered by the team, someone who is passionate about service and technology.

To be considered you must have:

  • A skilled, natural leader who believes in the power of and delivers an engaged and energised team and consistently delivers this.
  • A natural in building effective relationships and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Understanding of the Service Desk environment and tool sets.
  • A person who challenges the status quo and looks for opportunities to make improvements.
  • Ideally, an acknowledged expert of IT Service Management concepts such as ITIL, Agile, DevOps.
  • You are technically proficient with a highly developed understanding of IT methods and processes.
  • Proven ability to motivate operational teams to achieve outcomes using data and insights.
