About the Role:
As a Service Engagement Manager, you will harness relationships with customers, improve their research and education facilities through customised technology, services and support. To be successful, you will lead and execute the engagement strategy, take responsibility for the overall account and relationship management and strengthen the product reputation.
You will deliver workshops, training and support, work with extended teams to build the brand awarness.
- Experience in enabling Research and Development environments
- Excellent knowledge of networks, compute and storage infrastructure
- Identity and Access Management knowledge
- Collaborative, energetic and excellent communication skills
