About the Role:
Seeking a Service Manager experienced in driving service improvement, manage systems and platforms and drive operational excellence. You will assist with major incidents impacting the business, encourage and support increased productivity through remediation if issues. You will have experience in stakeholder and portfolio management, incident management and have demonstrated experience in owning, leading and driving Service Management initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in Service Management with the ability to build and drive teams
- Experience negotiating and managing SLAs with Senior Executives
- Stakeholder and Client Management
- Experience with Incident management, issue remediation and improvement plan implementation
- Experience with Risk and Compliance Management
- ITIL Foundation 3 Certification
- Excellent Communication Skills - written and verbal
