- Resolve IT issues
- Escalate Advance Cases
- Maintain Service Records & IT Documentation
- Perform System Testing & Updates
- 4+ years as a Service Desk or IT System Admin
- Experience as a contractor preferred
- Windows/Citrix knowledge is key
