Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical delivery and design integrity of ServiceNow within Transpower.
  • Collaborate with Lead Architect and implementation partner.
  • Act as ServiceNow SME and primary technical liaison.
  • Configure CMDB, workflows, migrations, and scripting.
  • Oversee integrations with systems like M365 and Azure.
  • Establish platform governance, source control (Git), and SDLC best practices.
  • Drive automation and innovation initiatives.
  • Mentor internal teams and build in-house capability.
Required Technical Skills:
  • ServiceNow Core: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Server.
  • Development: JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal, App Engine Studio, UI Builder.
  • Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, SSO/SAML/OAuth, ServiceNow Spokes (JIRA, Exchange).
  • Automation: Flow Designer, Orchestration.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: ServiceNow, Azure (preferred), MID Server clustering, security configuration.
  • Tools & Practices: Git, CI/CD, ITIL, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Jira, Confluence.
Experience Evidence Required
  • Hands-on ServiceNow implementation and development.
  • CMDB configuration and workflow design.
  • System integrations and migrations.
  • Scripting and customisation.
  • Governance and DevOps practices.
