The Role:
Due to growth, they are now looking for a SM to join the team.
Your typical duties as a site manager covering ordering materials, driving sub-contractors, problem solving, OSH management, toolbox talks, program management and tracking, and client/consultant communications.
Your background:
Key success factors for this role require:

Carpentry trade qualified and tertiary qualification on top ideal

5- 6 + years’ experience in managing a mix of medium sized commercial projects, over $5M

Strong site management skills with the ability to self-motivate and be accountable for team performance

Possessing an attitude of success

Sound OSH skills and aptitude

Strong IT skills with experience in Procore ideal

Outstanding written and oral communication
