Site Manager - Medium Sized Builds

This medium sized contractor has a quality brand in the market completing projects in the $2M - $20M category across sectors such as health, fit out, commercial, warehousing, education and heritage with many of their projects based from CBD to West and South Auckland . Their team operates efficiently and effectively with very little staff turnover, the culture is important to them and emphasis on team fit is regarded highly in the recruitment process.


As part of their planning . new work coming through and identifying team strengths and experience level relative to projects, they have identified the need for a site manager. The key aspects are a strong understanding of programming, a strong understanding and interpretation of drawings and ability to impart knowledge to less experienced SM's if required.


As an applicant:


* You have a strong record of working on a range of ideally medium sized project sizes, from $2M - $20M
* You are well organised, a task master with a strong delivery focus, and have a good H&S record
* You can identify issues swiftly and possess sound communication across the board
* You form strong client PM relationships and can participate positively in PCG Meetings
