As part of their planning, they have identified the need for a site manager to work across one of several of their medium sized new build projects.
As an applicant you have a strong record of working on a range of ideally medium sized projects, from $2M - $15M. You are well organised, a task master with a strong delivery focus, and have a good H&S record. Experience in Procore is preferred. You can identify issues swiftly and possess sound communication across the board. The ideal candidate is one who is happy performing a SM role, rather than striving to be a PM.
