Site Supervisor Interiors

A leading commercial interiors/light commercial contractor have some new work coming up from existing clients.  They are general contractor across a range of categories including new builds, interiors, reinstatements and maintenance. They employ construction professionals that are 100% focussed on ensuring high client service delivery standards.

Currently, they have a need for a site supervisor to join their team to work several projects under $5M in value which are in healthcare, schools and couple of other jobs.  You will be working with a SM as part of a larger team.

Your main duties will involve:

* Managing all site activities from start to completion
* Instructing and managing sub-contractors and suppliers
* Ensuring project programme is maintained
* Ensuring occupational health and safety requirements are implemented
* Working closely with the site manager and project manager to ensure smooth delivery of the project

Ideal background:

* A trade background or tertiary background with solid interiors site supervisory experience
* A keen eye for detail
* Ability to come up with solutions for any problems
* Sound communication skills with sub-contractors, clients and consultants
* Driven, motivated and financially tuned in
* Strong knowledge and experience in OHS


Salary  $100K - $110K + vehicle
