We are seeking an SOE Engineer for a 6 month contract for a large technology vendor. This role will support customers and drive the technical capability of their End User Computing environment, and implementation of new technologies.
To be successful for this position you will require the following skills and experience:
- Experience managing and supporting End User Computing environments
- Ability to provide 3rd level support, resolution & monitoring
- Experience with SOE support, maintenance and implementation
- Experience with enterprise and application deployment and management tools (SCCM)
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management (ITIL) processes
- Solid scripting ability in PowerShell, VBScript, Batch, and TSQL
- Excellent communication skills
