Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of complex software solutions, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project requirements and ensure best practices are followed.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, ensuring project deliverables are met within the specified timelines and budget.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in solution architecture and software development.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience (minimum 8 years) in solution architecture, with a focus on leading application development or integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of modern software development methodologies, standards, and technologies.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions.
- Experience in evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and tools based on project requirements.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in solution architecture or related field are preferred.
