- Contract Solution Architect
- 3 months contract with potential to extend
- Hybrid working – 3 days in Auckland CBD
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a large, complex organisation and support major business transformation programmes and strategic technology initiatives.
About the role
You will work closely with Enterprise Architects, Business Analysts, SMEs and senior stakeholders to:
- Analyse current-state environments and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Define target-state architecture and contribute to implementation sequencing.
- Assess solution options and develop recommendations.
- Produce high-level solution designs.
- Facilitate workshops and engage with technical and business stakeholders.
- Work with technology vendors and support solution assessments.
- Proven Solution Architecture experience in enterprise environments.
- CRM experience, ideally Dynamics CRM.
- Cloud experience, preferably Azure.
- Strong integration architecture and solution design experience.
- Experience with AI technologies, omnichannel solutions and contact centre platforms.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and vendors.
- Excellent influencing, negotiation and communication skills
