We are looking for an experienced Service desk Analyst to join the Single point of contact team working for a global brand. This means you will need to have solid technical skills to be able to resolve issues from beginning to end.
About the role:
- Contract until 30/12/22
- 4 days on, 4 days off roster
- 1 month rotational shifts (e.g. dayshift for a month, then nightshift for a month)
- Need to be an experienced Service Desk Analyst who can handle P1s, Major Incidents etc
- Excellent communication and IT skills
