Reporting into the Chief People Officer, and working closely with Finance, senior leaders and key business stakeholders, you will bring workforce data to life through robust modelling, forecasting and strategic insights. Your work will inform organisational decision-making and support future workforce investment, capability development and resource planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse workforce trends, risks and constraints to identify current and future capability gaps.
  • Build workforce forecasting tools, reports and scenarios to support long-term planning.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with Finance and business leaders to align workforce planning with organisational priorities and forecast demand.
  • Influence and engage stakeholders across the organisation on workforce strategy and planning initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of a mature, outcomes-focused workforce planning framework.

You will bring:
  • Experience in workforce planning, resource planning, workforce analytics, capacity modelling or a similar field.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced capability in data analysis, forecasting, and modelling.
  • Confidence interpreting complex data sets and translating them into practical insights.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect workforce strategy with organisational outcomes.

What's on Offer
  • Opportunity to establish and shape a strategic workforce planning function.
  • Organisation-wide visibility and influence.
  • Meaningful work that directly contributes to organisational performance and future capability.
  • Salary package in the vicinity of $120,000 - $170,000, dependent on experience.

If you enjoy using data and strategic thinking to solve complex workforce challenges and want to play a key role in shaping future organisational capability, we'd love to hear from you.
