A successful name in the NZ Design and Build Construction market with nationwide coverage, have secured prominent wins for some larger clients. With reliable clients on their books, especially government clients, they are seeing workload expand and now requires the need for a competent intermediate to come on board and join the team.
This is a $25M technology/data build project based on site in south auckland with some office based work.
This role has high visibility and is viewed as critical in terms of the commercial profitablity and accuracy of reporting for this project. You will be managing subcontractors, managing and processing variations, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations.
This role would suit an applicant with at least 4-5 years of commercial main contractor QS experience, including design and build experience and with relevant tertiary qualifications. You are a natural communicator and build relationships at all levels with ease.
