Our client is on the look out for a Support Analyst with excellent interpersonal skills for a 6 month contract starting ASAP.

To be successful for this role you will need to have experience in the following:

  • Installation and maintenance of desktop PC's and Laptops
  • Configuration management
  • Upgrading operating systems
  • End user support and training
  • Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Microsoft operating and application systems
  • Relevant ITIL certification or equivalent
  • Knowledge of service desk systems

Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.
