This is an exciting opportunity for a Support Analyst to work within an Incident Management team in a government organisation for a 3-month contract.

To be successful for this role, you must have the appropriate experience to complete the following tasks:

  • Monitoring, triaging and assigning tickets
  • Resolving Level 1 issues
  • Reviewing impact assessments
  • Undertake activities post patching
  • Service and Change Request Management

Ideally you will come from an ITIL or ITSM background
