This is an exciting opportunity for a Support Analyst to work within an Incident Management team in a government organisation for a 3-month contract.
To be successful for this role, you must have the appropriate experience to complete the following tasks:
- Monitoring, triaging and assigning tickets
- Resolving Level 1 issues
- Reviewing impact assessments
- Undertake activities post patching
- Service and Change Request Management
Ideally you will come from an ITIL or ITSM background
