We’re on the lookout for two experienced Customer Service Specialists to join as Support Centre Officers on 6-month and 12-month contracts, based in central Wellington. This is a busy, front-line role handling inbound calls and email enquiries, where strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Role Details:
- Full-time, Monday – Friday – 40 hours per week
- Office-based – no work-from-home option
- Hourly rate: $32.00 per hour
- Location: Wellington CBD
- Immediate start – pending completion of compliance checks
- Responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls and email enquiries
- Updating and maintaining accurate client records and documentation
- Coordinating services for clients as required
- Delivering exceptional customer service across all interactions
- Minimum of 3 years’ customer service experience, ideally in a call centre environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Calm, composed, and resilient under pressure
- Fast learner who is confident navigating multiple systems and technologies
- Highly organised, efficient, and self-motivated
- A collaborative team player with strong time management and problem-solving skills
