Beyond Recruitment are currently working on this IT Support Engineer role, based in Wellington, for this interesting and unique global organisation.
The organisation works with customers globally to provide services and solutions for technologically secure documents and systems.
This role is a mix of Technical and Relationship Management, and your responsibilities will include:

Maintenance and support of critical IT environments

End user support – you will become an application expert

System monitoring and support
-
On call system support
To be successful in this role, your experience will include:

Experience in supporting IT systems

Basic understanding of Linux and Windows systems

Understanding of networking/networking protocols
-
Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL
