Are you looking for a fresh start in 2022? We currently on the hunt for a Permanent Support Officer within a government agency commencing early 2022. We are ideally wanting someone who has strong, proven administration experience, and is looking for a change.
- Commencing January 2022, will wait for a 4-week notice period
- Up to $68K, depending on experience
- CDB Location
- Permanent, full time hours
Key responsibilities include:
- Previous administration experience
- Proven diary and inbox management experience, and triaging an inbox
- Working in a small team environment, with the ability to work on your own when need be
- Proven customer service experience - ability to confidently pick up the phone and speak with people
- Dealing with customer submissions and using templates to process and update registers and documents
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Strong administration skills, within a government agency is advantageous where there is a high volume of processing needing to be done
- Someone who has good attention to detail
- Someone who has good customer skills
- Someone who is a natural problem solver
To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:
- Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
- Live in Wellington
