About the job:

  • First point of contact for all ICT Support requests
  • You will be in charge of PC/laptop/mobile phones, software and hardware troubleshooting, and set-ups
  • Maintaining hardware and accessory stock levels
  • Evaluate, update and purchase hardware as required
  • Recording device details (serial numbers) against users
  • Technical Support for remote locations
  • Assisting users so they become more efficient with their use of ICT

What you will bring to the team:

  • You will have at least 2-3 years experience in a customer-facing tech-support role
  • You will have knowledge in MS Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin
  • Experience in networking and skills around troubleshooting PC, Android, and IOS based mobile devices
  • Understanding of AirWatch (Mobile Device Management Solution) and Jira
  • Service Support is ideal
  • ICT Tertiary qualification
  • Full drivers’ license
