What you will have:
Level 2 Technical Experience
ITIL, Incident Management
Experience dealing with Vendors
Managing Customer Comms, Escalations etc.
Nice to have:
AWS Cloud Certification or similar UC Experience
Health Care (via Southern Cross), Life Insurance, Income Protection & Trauma Cover, Home Broadband Connection, Mobile Plan & Company Laptop.
