Supporting a large Government organisation, the Information Technology Services team is responsible for the delivery of technology that supports the Ministry. This includes infrastructure, desktop computing, technical software and applications that the business and sector require to effectively perform.
Ideally, you’ll be able to bring a wide and varied skill set to the role, which includes:
- Experience with the implementation of technical systems within a corporate environment
- Experience in managing and supporting MDM systems, such as BES environments
- Microsoft OS
- Adept with the ITIL framework
- Strong system-level troubleshooting skills, ability to resolve performance and scalability bottlenecks
In addition to the above, it's also key to have strong skills across Sharepoint, Apps which use Microsoft 365, Teams and other collaboration tools in the MS Cloud services space.
