About the Role:
You will be responsible for taking ownership of rapidly growing systems and infrastructure tools along with providing support for internal and external customers.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Systems Support - having grown from a Service Desk environment
- Experience in Atlassian Tool Stack
- Experience in MDM Solutions - Intune
- Experience in MacOS based hardware
- Experience in Microsoft solutions including - Defender, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Microsoft 365
- Experience in Azure AD
- Experience with Apple Business Manager
